
Lori Weir
President, Above the Line Inc.
Lori Weir, President of Above The Line Inc, is a senior management consultant with broad business experience in the areas of leadership, sales and service. She has a successful track record working with large multi-national conglomerates involved in the manufacturing and sale of: food and beverage, forest products, industrial products, financial services, multimedia news, and shipbuilding.
With a strong entrepreneurial background, Lori was the co-founder and former managing partner of Peak Adventures International Inc. an adventure based learning company, and Finnamore Weir Inc. a management consulting firm.
Lori is known for her ability to connect with people at every level in an organization and for her unwavering focus on results. These abilities make Lori equally effective with C Level managers, as she is with shop floor supervisors.
Lori is a graduate of St Thomas University (BA), and is a Certified Human Resource Professional. Lori is currently the Chair of the ALS Society of Canada.

Jamie Gamble
Jamie Gamble is a strategic partner of Above the Line Inc., having worked on a variety of projects with the firm over the last four years. Jamie brings strength in leadership training delivery. Participants describe him as approachable, knowledgeable and easy to listen to. Jamie is recognized nationally as one of the top consultants in the field of developmental evaluation, which is the evaluation of innovative and dynamic initiatives that unfold in complex environments. The J.W. McConnell Family Foundation published Jamie’s primer on developmental evaluation in April 2008. Jamie has worked across Canada, and internationally in India, Mexico and New Zealand. Clients of Jamie’s include: E.I. DuPont Canada, the J.W. McConnell Foundation, Innovatia, J.D. Irving, Limited, McGill University, and the University of New Brunswick.
Jamie holds a Masters of Management Degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec where he graduated from the highly-regarded McGill-McConnell Program. He holds various volunteer board and committee positions and is also published as both a photographer and writer. Jamie’s good humour, professional ability to work across disciplines, and creative style give him an ability to deliver excellent results that meet the unique needs of his clients.

Natacha Viens
CHRP, B.A., M.Ed.
Natacha is a performance improvement coach and trainer currently working on contracts with Pratt & Whitney Canada, Liz Claiborne and J.D. Irving, Limited. Before joining us in 2002, Natacha spent nine years as an internal consultant for world-class organizations such as CAE, Kraft and Standard Life. Always aiming at enhancing human performance in corporations, she has developed and facilitated countless leadership workshops, both in English and in French. She also coaches team leaders, supervisors, managers and VPs on people management issues.
By putting people first, Natacha works in partnership with her clients to make their training and organizational development projects a profitable investment for everyone involved. Her education in Industrial Relations, Adult Education and Training Management enables her to properly match business with individual needs and add real, measurable value.
Her areas of expertise include performance management systems, open-book management training, one-on-one and group coaching. She is also a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) professional, a certified trainer of “DDI”, “Zenger-Miller” and “Apples & Oranges” programs, and a member of Quebec’s HR Association (Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et relations industrielles agréés du Québec).

Ryan Hamilton
Ryan is a PhD candidate at UNB Fredericton in Experimental and Applied Psychology with a Masters of Science in Sport & Exercise Science. Named an Academic All Canadian Athlete, Ryan has taken his love of Psychology and Sport into the field of corporate training and coaching. Ryan is also a regular lecturer in the Kinesiology department at UNB Fredericton in the area of Sport Psychology and in particular Behavior Modification.
Ryan has published a number of articles in his area of interest, most recently “Assessing the effectiveness of different self-talk interventions on endurance performance” in The Journal of Applied Sport Psychology. Ryan has worked as a sports psychologist with many organizations most recently the NB Games men’s and women’s Hockey Teams, and Canada’s international gold medal lawn bowling team. Over the last year Ryan has worked with 50+ supervisors and managers, helping them better coach their direct reports using the PEAK Behavioral Coaching process.

Hurbert Daneau
Hubert Daneau is a fluently bilingual Montreal based leadership consultant with a Master degree in industrial relations. In 1986, he started as a consultant and leadership trainer working with many manufacturing and services companies. He teaches “Organizational Behavior” at the University of Montreal.
For the last 20 years, Hubert has helped develop leaders through training and coaching in companies such as: Kraft, Abitibi Consolidated, Dalsa, Roctest & Fiso Technologies, Aventis, Astra Zeneca, National Bank of Canada, Mouvemen Desjardins, and CIBC. His work spans North America, as well as Cameroun and India.
Hubert provides organizational support in the following areas: Project management regarding work organization, Implementation of empowerment processes (autonomous teams), Coaching of managers and senior managers, Strategic planning (large group interventions, search conferences), Training : Leadership, teamwork, meetings, group problem solving, Consultation and training in continuous improvement of quality, and Organizational diagnosis.

Gerald Walsh
MBA, CMA, FCMA
Gerry is a strategic partner of Above The Line Inc., he is the founder and President of Gerald Walsh Associates Inc., a firm specializing in executive search, career transition, executive coaching, and corporate training. The firm provides services at the professional, middle management and senior management levels for national and regional companies.
Prior to establishing Gerald Walsh Associates in 1990, Gerry worked in several industry sectors including manufacturing, construction, banking, technology and professional services. He is a professional accountant (CMA) by training and holds an MBA degree. He recently served as Chair of CMA Canada, a national organization with 40,000 members. His wealth of experience enables him to understand the issues faced by managers and professionals and he uses this knowledge in recruiting and coaching others across a wide range of sectors.
