Above the Line Inc. is an enterprise performance improvement company. Providing solutions for: customer retention & acquisition, employee retention & acquisition, productivity improvement, and cost reduction. Ultimately, if our solution cannot be shown to improve EBIT, then why would you invest in it?

The bottom line is, we provide client’s with a sustainable made-to-own-system that will ensure your employee behavior (daily, weekly, monthly) is linked directly to the organizations strategic priorities.

We do this through a combination of consulting, training and coaching. Our core programs include Customer FIRST, Professional Selling Program (PSP), and Above The Line Leadership.

Above the Line consultants, coaches and trainers perform the following five services in each of our three program offerings:

  1. Consult – through 1-1 conversations with senior leaders, employee focus groups and reviewing existing customer data, we link strategic priorities to every part of program. Including evaluative measures, course case studies and the sustainability plan.
  2. Conduct executive coaching: To ensure continuous feedback loop around initiative and ensure leaders are displaying critical behaviors. May include 360 feedback assessment, personality type assessment, live observation, VIP clarification (vision, identity/beliefs, values).
  3. Deliver skills training to intended audience: Coaching using the PEAK process, Customer service using the Customer FIRST process, professional selling using the PSP methodology, Communication using the POWER approach, Facilitating group outcomes using the TEAMS process, Achieving Agreement to manage conflict, Understanding Self & Others for improved self-concept and interpersonal effectiveness, Supervisory skills instilling foundation leadership skills, Strategic leadership with a focus on systems thinking and strategy, Priority management for leaders/time management for employees, Emotional mastery, Becoming a Transition Guide for leading change.
  4. Provide 1-1 and group coaching at every level in the organization.
  5. Manage an evaluation and sustainability program leaving the organization with assessments, tools for monitoring and for managing desired outcomes, before, during and after the development initiative. Engaging internal consultants in the process and leaving them with a Coaches Toolkit as a guide to facilitate delivery of key tools.
